Update
At the 2005 Census Israel had a population of 6,990,700, including 5,313,800 identified as Jews and 1,377,100 as Arabs.
The Arab population included 1,140,600 Muslims, 146,000 Christians and 115,200 Druze. 272, 200 people did not classify themselves as affiliated to any religion.
